Job Overview

One Free Meal and One Free Drink per shift. Employee Discounts included for meals and retail.
Experience is not requried but must be able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress work environment.
With tips, wages averagee out to around $14-17/hr and there is always room to grow!
We are looking for bubbly, reliable, motivated, professional, fun, and creative individuals! We are willing to be flexible with school and extracurricular schedules. You must be available 4-5 days a week for the first few weeks for training retention. We prefer 3 days a week minimum for availability and must be available on weekends.
Currently looking for individuals that are available as early as 5am
Also looking for individuals who are available from 1p-7pm
Also looking for individuals who are available 7am-3pm and 6am-2pm (shifts can vary slightly)
Must be available weekends.
*Candidates that are willing to be cross-trained at both locations will be considered first.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and taking food and drink orders
• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
• Taking payment from customers.
• Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized.
• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
• Being knowledgeable of all food and drink items.
• Doing dishes, sweeping, mopping.
• Willing to learn kitchen duties and light cooking/baking.
• Willing to learn how to prep and maintain salad bar.
• Monitoring and keeping inventory
• Assisting with inventory ordering
