Are you an experienced nursing professional with leadership skills and a passion for endoscopy? Our Hospital is seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Endoscopy team. The Assistant Nurse Manager, Endoscopy, will report directly to the Nurse Manager of Endoscopy. This position involves close collaboration with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient unit operations.

The Endoscopy Unit is equipped with advanced technology to perform a variety of endoscopic procedures. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Endoscopy Unit.
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and hospital policies.
• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure efficient workflow within the unit.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities.
• Assist in managing the unit's budget and resource allocation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• RN license 
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in endoscopy or a related field will earn a quick interview.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of endoscopic procedures and patient care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
