Job Description

Mirak Automotive Group is looking to add an experienced Accounting to our dynamic team! • Receive and process F&I paperwork
• Account & Schedule reconciliations
• Dealer reserve statements and post funding
• Assist with retail billing, wholesale billing, vehicle payoff
• Verify payoff worksheets are complete, contain a per diem and have at least 10 days remaining in the “good-thru” date
• Verify all required fields are accurate on F&I products, send letters with corrected copies for omitted information
• Post car deals
• Process sales commissions for payment to sales associates
• Title work
• Rebate and Incentive forms(verify program requirements)
• File paperwork/Scanning
• Reconcile units sold
• Review pending deals
• Process warranty cancellations
• Assist with month end close.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive industry experience preferred
• Dealership accounting software experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of duties with accuracy under the pressure of deadlines.
• Strong organization & time management Skill.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Experience with account & schedule reconciliations.
