Requirements

Account Executive: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for an Account Executive who will engage new B2B customers in Greater Spokane area. You will be expected to focus on selling Service Agreements to commercial buildings, representing the skill and value of our technicians exceptional Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services. You will identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers’ current cost of operations and then preparing and presenting customized sales proposals on how our services might reduce their costs. As an Account Executive, you will also negotiate contract renewal increases or changes, form in-depth partnerships with customers to anticipate their needs, and promote and sell other services MacDonald-Miller offers if they would suit the customer’s needs. The Account Executive role reports to Shannon Force - Business Development Manager.

Benefits

Compensation:  Includes base $70k salary plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp up and bonus.
