Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting role required.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work independently and in groups.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Experience with planning and executing new process rollout
• Understanding of QuickBooks Online software
• Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Enter credit card charges and monitor the transactions
• Prepare and file financial documents
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile company accounts
• Prepare monthly invoices and provide support to the HR department
• Assist in processing Tenant Protection Program opt-outs for all customers at each facility
• Assist the Leadership Team with administrative department needs
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
